How to use the Crystal?

These are products made of high quality crystals. Once you receive your item, you can remore the small insulator from the bottom and turn it right side to switch on the LED and left side dirrection to turn off the LED. This depends on the type of crystal bought

How to replace the battery once they are over?

Replacing the battery is easy and straight forward. You can open the bottom of the crystal then remove three battries which are in and replace them with new battries.

What to do once the LED does not work?

Most of the time the main cause is the Battery having low power and need to be replaced. If this is not the case, then write to us via whatsApp or any contact and we will assist you.

What to be aware of the product?

If you bought Crystals, please be careful not to fall down and break, keep it in the safe place. Once broken, try to repair and make sure no glass materials are out as it is dangerous.

How long does it take to make this product after the payment confirmation?

Depending on the product and details needed, but give us 2 to 3 hours to finish the production.

Can i use my own shipping Agent?

Yes, you can use your own shipping Agent. Please share with us details and how she/he will pick the item.

What to do if i have not received payment confirmation notification?

This can barely happen, once the payment is confirmed, you will always receive an e mail with confirmation. If not, please wait for two days and if still nothing, let us know, then we will check with our bank.

What if i forget to send the picture to be engraved?

Normally, this is customized product, so it should contain picture or other details to be engraved. Once you forget to add it, please check with us via whatsApp with details filled in the request, then we will use the picture and other details sent to us via whatsApp, phone or our contact.

How can i cancel my order?

This is customized product, you can always cancel the order before it is realized. Once it is realized, there is no possibility to cancel it.

Can i change my address?

Yes, the address can be changed before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped no possibility to change or edit anything.

What to do if i have not received my item?

Contact us after 2 weeks from the date when the product was shipped. We will check with the shipping agency and come back to you with details.
